We despatch items as quickly as possible after payment is received.
Typical despatch is 2-3 days after payment. However! We ask buyers to allow up to 28 days for delivery to make provision for holiday periods or the vagaries of the worldwide postal services.

All items are sent by second-class postage within mainland UK and by airmail overseas unless alternative arrangements are requested and paid for by the buyer.

We keep accurate records of despatch and all items are more than adequately packaged. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage during transit, nor will we undertake to instigate compensation claims from the postal services for any such loss or damage although we will co-operate with any buyer attempting to make such a claim by providing despatch details upon request.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a no-quibble full refund to the buyer, upon return to us within 14 days of purchase date, of any item purchased from us through www.secretrecordslimited.com only, no refund of postal costs incurred by the buyer will be made nor will partial refunds be entertained.
Refunds are dispatched at the end of the month during which the item has been returned if not sooner.
